Whiskey Creek consists of 15 separate units (sections) of single-family homes. Not included are condos near College Parkway, or Wyldewood condos and the 14 separate sections of Village Green Homes (duplex construction). Only the single-family homes are governed by Whiskey Creek Civic Association deed restrictions. All other condos and town homes are governed independently under their own set of bylaws and deed restrictions. A description of the approximate boundaries of each of the 15 single-family units (sections) is as follows:

Unit 1 - Block A: 5240 through 5280 Fairfield Drive (all even numbers).

Unit 1 - Lot B: First four homes on west side of Whiskey Creek Drive, 5302 and 5318 Fairfield Drive; all homes on Westfield Drive.

Unit 1: 1334 through 1377 Currier Circle numbers ; 5302 through 5389 Fairfield Drive; 5241 through 5271 Greenbriar Drive; 1409, 1410, 1417, 1420, 1425Reynard Drive ; Sheffield Way, all homes; Wainwright Way, all homes; 1335, 1341, 1346, 1347, 1353, 1354, 1359, 1362, 1365, 1370, 1376, 1381, 1382, 1388, 1389, 1394, 1395 1397, 1398, 1405, 1411, 1417, 1422, 1423, 1429, 1430, 1435, 1441, 1447 Whiskey Creek Drive.

Unit 2: All homes on Landmark Court and Brandy Circle, 1388, 1390 1394, 1398 Tredegar Drive.

Unit 3: All homes on Burgundy Drive; 5451 through 5471 Beaujolais Lane; 5453 through 5471 Chablis Lane; 1540, 1548, 1556, 1570, 1584 Whiskey Creek Drive.

Unit 4: 5474 through 5487 Beaujolais Lane; 5474 through 5487 Chablis Lane ; 1367 through 1395 Sautern Drive ; 1576, 1582, 1588, 1596 Whiskey Creek Drive.

Unit 5: 1450 through 1524 Whiskey Creek Drive (even numbers only) ; 1410 Tredegar Drive.

Unit 6: 1624 through 1720 Whiskey Creek Drive (even numbers only) ; 1e79 and 1387 Claret Court; Montilla Drive, all homes.

Unit 7: 1726 through 1786 Whiskey Creek Drive (even numbers only) ; all homes on Chalon Lane, Grillet Place, Reims Place, Jerez Court and Solera Court; 5726 through 5666 Montilla Drive; 1291 through 1371Claret Court.

Unit 8: 1416 through 1466 Claret Court; all homes on Pernod Drive, Cognac Drive and Medoc Lane; 1425 through 1457 Dubonnet Court.

Unit 9: 1619 through 1685 Whiskey Creek Drive (odd numbers); all homes on Amoroso Drive, 1403, 1411, 1417, 1423 Dubonnet Court; 1400, 1404, 1408, 1412 Claret Court.

Unit 10: All single family homes on Sautern Drive (odd numbers).

Unit 11: All homes on Autumnwood Court, Basswood Court, Beechwood Trail, Cordwood Lane, Tallowood Circle and Sandpiper Place (includes homes in both units 11/1 and 11/2.

Unit A: East from Canal on Reynard, all homes on Reynard Drive starting at 1426 Reynard through to 1609 Reynard Drive, all homes on Chippendale Circle, all homes on Shalley Circle, 5227 through 5338 Selby Drive; all odd number homes from 1411 to 1623 Tredegar Drive, 1471 Whiskey Creek Drive. This unit borders the golf course.

Unit Z/1 - First five homes on Greenbriar Drive (east from Whiskey Creek Drive). No deed restrictions exist for this unit only.
