Summary

Whiskey Creek consists of 15 separate units (sections) of single-family homes. Not included are condos near College Parkway, the Wyldewood Lakes condos and the 14 separate sections of Village Green Homes (duplex construction). The plats described indicate the location of the streets covered in the Deed Restriction.

Only the single-family homes are governed by Whiskey Creek deed restrictions. All other condos and town homes are governed independently under their own set of bylaws and deed restrictions. At right is a description of the approximate boundaries of each of the 15 single-family units (sections).
